Get Becky G, Sofia Carson & Maite Perroni’s 2016 Premios Juventud Beauty Looks

The 2016 Premios Juventud took place Wednesday, July 14 at the BankUnited Center in Miami. Some of my favorite attendees were Becky G who performed her new Spanish single “Sola,” “Descendants” Disney star Sofia Carson and actress and singer Maite Perroni.

Jealous of their looks that night? Well, you’re in luck!

Here’s a “Get the look,” step-by-step process, with the products that they used, to get all glammed up!

GET THE LOOK: BECKY G (HAIR)
HAIR STYLIST: Cynthia Alvarez
INSPIRATION: Becky wanted a tousled look to match her sun-kissed glow. For this, Cynthia went with textured, beachy waves to not only bring out her golden balayage locks but also accentuate her bold yellow Michael Costello gown.

HAIR STEP-BY-STEP
STEP 1: Apply the L’Oréal Paris Advanced Hairstyle Boost It Air-Whipped Densifying Foam ($4.99) to damp, towel dried hair. Massage the product well and evenly through the hair.

STEP 2: Spritz the L’Oréal Paris Advanced Hairstyle TXT IT Tousle Waves Spray ($4.99) to add texture.

STEP 3: Softly blow-dry the ends with a diffuser.

STEP 4: As a great alternative to “fake” a balayage, clip on BELLAMI Ombre Hair Extensions throughout the bottom of the hair to lighten the overall hair color. *Cynthia Tip: Use the L’Oréal Paris Root Cover Up in Light to Medium Brown ($10.99) and spray at the base of the extensions to create an ombre effect.

STEP 5: Use a curling wand to add loose waves. *Cynthia Tip: Leave the ends out for an authentic beachy look. Rough up the texture by lightly teasing the hair and breaking up the waves with your fingers.

STEP 6: Finish with the legendary red carpet must-have L’Oréal Paris Satin Hairspray Extra Strong Hold Unscented ($14.99).

GET THE LOOK: SOFIA CARSON (MAKEUP)
MAKEUP ARTIST: Claudia Betancur
INSPIRATION: To go with this year’s #TBT theme, Sofia went with an 80’s inspired one-shoulder dress. Claudia chose to give her a clean, sophisticated look with a bold lip. To achieve this look, Claudia went very soft with the eyes and a matte red pout.

MAKEUP STEP-BY-STEP
STEP 1: To create a perfect canvas, apply the L’Oréal Paris Youth Code Skin Illuminator ($17.99) to instantly even and illuminate any dullness.

STEP 2: Gently dab the new L’Oréal Paris Infallible Pro-Glow Foundation ($12.99) for an all-night luminous glow.

STEP 3: Sculpt your features by using the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Pro-Contour Palette ($12.99). Using the sculpting brush, apply the highlighter to the high points of your face. Next, apply the darker shade in an angular motion onto the hollows of your cheeks and temples. Blend the two shades together for a flawless finish.

STEP 4: Add a flush of color by applying the L’Oréal Paris True Match Blush in Tender Rose ($10.95) to the apples of your cheeks.

STEP 5: Using the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Matte-Matic Liner in Deep Brown ($8.99) outline the upper lid with a soft cat eye, and follow by tightlining the bottom lid. *Claudia Tip: Use your pinky finger to gently smudge the lower lid to give it a smoky effect.

STEP 6: To achieve long, bold lashes, use the L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Butterfly Sculpt in Blackest Black ($8.99).

STEP 7: To finish the look with a bold red lip, apply L’Oréal Paris Infallible Pro-Matte Gloss in Shanghai Scarlet ($9.99).

GET THE LOOK: MAITE PERRONI (MAKEUP)
MAKEUP ARTIST: Alfonso Castro
INSPIRATION: Alfonso went with a natural look as Maite wanted nothing too “llamativo” with the dress she wore to the carpet. So Alfonso focused more on the skin to look naturally flushed. Every technique used for eyes, cheeks and lips were subtle.

MAKEUP STEP-BY-STEP
STEP 1: Prep face with Proactiv+ Complexion Perfecting Hydrator ($29.95), to moisturize and give the skin a dewy base.

STEP 2: Use the Proactiv+ Ultra Poreless Instant Skin Smoother ($34.95), for an easy glide-on makeup application.

STEP 3: To conceal dark circles or imperfections, use the Proactiv Repairing Concealer ($24.95) by drawing a triangle with the base under your eye and the point toward your cheek. *Alfonso Tip: Using this shape technique not only conceals dark circles but also gives the illusion that your face is lifted.

STEP 4: Using a Beautyblender dab the MAKE UP FOR EVER Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation ($43) all over the face and neck.

STEP 5: For a natural flushed look, use the NARS Blush in Goulue ($30) in the apple of your cheeks.

STEP 6: To give a glimmering glow to your eye look, use a cream eye shadow. First, prep the eye lids with an eye shadow primer or eye cream to prevent creasing. Use your fingertips to apply the MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Cream Shadow ($23) as the base color. To add a soft cat-eye, use a brown eye liner pencil to outline the upper lid and lower lid.

STEP 7: Create bold lashes with the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara ($23) for intensely black and volumizing lashes.

STEP 8: Seal the look using the NARS Light Reflecting Loose Setting Powder in Crystal ($37).

STEP 9: To achieve Maite’s rosy pink lips, mix two glosses Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss in shades 465 and 686 ($30).
