Sofia Reyes and Prince Royce released the official music video of the English version of their collaboration, “Nobody But Me”. The Spanish version titled “Solo Yo” was first released back in January and generated great buzz with now over 2.3 million plays on Spotify. The accompanying music video was launch shortly after and now has more than 1.5 million views on YouTube.
“The song’s original version was in English and I am super excited to be able to share it with my fans. This song is so special to me that I really wanted to be able to release it in both languages and travel across world,” stated Reyes, who co-wrote the song with Taylor Parks, Scott Effman and Lukas Nathanson, in the press release. The single was produced by Lord Danger who also worked on “Conmigo-Rest of Your Life.”
“Nobody But Me” is a soft-ballad about love and hope for a relationship to be resolved. The video was directed by Dan Packer in Los Angeles. Reyes is signed to Prince Royce’s label, D’León Records, in collaboration with Warner Music Latina and Bakab Productions. This marks the artists’ first time working on a record together.
