This past Friday, February 10, a slew of great music (in my opinion) was released! First pick has to be Katy Perry’s “Chained to the Rhythm,” which has been on repeat NON-STOP! She performed the single during the 2017 Grammys and killed it!

Andrew McMahon – “Zombies On Broadway”

I had the pleasure of attending an intimate performance  of Andrew McMahon at the Billboard Live event in Los Angeles, where he played piano renditions of new and old hits. This is a great album to cruise to; windows down and air blowing through your hair.

“Fifty Shades Darker” Soundtrack

A mix of fun, upbeat and sensual songs from a variety of artists like Nick Jonas and Nicki Minaj, Zayn and Taylor Swift and Tove Lo. Just listen to it – it’ll be your guilty pleasure.

Aaron Carter – “Love” EP

Speaking of guilty pleasures, AC has stepped up his game with his latest EP. This ain’t “I Want Candy” anymore, as the singer mixes electronic, with hot beats – cheesy lyrics but still.

Maroon 5 & Future – “Cold”

Released today, you can’t go wrong with Adam Levine. I barely just listened to this song not too long ago and I dig it.

New Discovery of the Week: Jamiroquai – “Cloud 9”

Man, I haven’t listened to Jamiroquai in a long time. Seeing his name under the New Releases section took me back to listening to his hits like “Virtual Insanity” and watching his music video for that song.

Again, I wish I could’ve listened to more new music. I did take a listen to Lupe Fiasco’s latest album “DROGAS Light,” Migos and Bush. I just started a new gig so I hope I get some spare time to discover new music.

Let me know what you listened to this week!
