Golden Globes 2016: Top 3 Looks of the Night [PHOTOS]

The biggest Hollywood stars stepped out to attend the 2016 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday, January 10 in Los Angeles.

This year I was even more excited to watch the ceremony since I had seen many of the nominated films. But above all, I kept my eyes open to take in all the hottest fashion looks and select my favorites of the night.

Here are my picks for top 3 best dressed actresses:

Jaimie Alexander stunned in an emerald and black, deep V cut, Genny dress. The “Blindspot” actress killed it on the red carpet with an up-do and smoke-eye that complemented her sexy look.

Alicia Vikander was as chic as could be in her white, Louis Vuitton gown. The 27-year-old was nominated for not one, but two Golden Globes. She was up for best actress in a drama category for “The Danish Girl” and supporting actress for “Ex Machina.”

I personally loved Kate Hudson’s Michael Kors Collection two-piece. While it might have suited best at another award ceremony, I took a liking to the 90’s inspired, collar, bandeau top and full length, light pink ensemble.

Other note-worthy looks included:

Julianne Moore in an elegant navy blue, sequin Tom Ford dress.
Lily James in a white, angelic Marchesa gown with Harry Winston jewels.
Jenna Dewan-Tatum in Zuhair Murad Couture dress and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

Zendaya in a three-tiered, burgundy, Marchesa gown with pulled back hair.
Taraji P. Henson in a strapless, white Stella McCartney Couture design with a tail and Kimberly McDonald emeralds and diamonds.
Olivia Wilde in a seductive, wine colored, sequin custom Michael Kors Collection dress, vintage Bulgari jewels and clutch, and custom dyed Aldo shoes.
