Last year, Maria Grazia Chiuri made her Dior debut during September Fashion Week, premiering her bold new spring and summer collection. Now, the French maison’s latest artistic director has debuted her 2017 pre-fall collection, which is just as visually stunning and filled with female empowerment as her previous offering.

Golden Globes 2017: Best Looks of the Night [Photos]
Awards season kicked off on Sunday, January 8 with the 74th annual Golden Globe Awards. This year I was stunned at how many amazing red carpet looks I fell in love with. Last night’s looks ranged from sexy and princess-like, to modern tuxedo suits and elegant fitted silhouettes.
Here are my favorite looks of the night and the designers they wore.
Trends of the night included plunging necklines and women who weren’t afraid to wear suits. I absolutely adored Mandy Moore‘s Naeem Khan cape dress, she looked angelic. Ruth Negga has become one of my favorites and that shimmering Louis Vuitton dress was like liquid gold! I personally believe that Kristen Bell and her Jenny Packham dress deserved way more attention!
First Look: Zayn Reveals His Giuseppe Zanotti Collaboration
Zayn Malik is not only making a name for himself as a solo artist, but also taking the fashion industry by storm. The “Pillowtalk” crooner has unveiled the first look at his upcoming shoe collection with Giuseppe Zanotti.
The duo shared four looks: “Zigi,” “Taz,” “Javadd” and “Yasr.”
“I really believe style comes from taking chances, being bold and not being afraid to express yourself,” Malik said in a statement, via Fashionista. “I feel Giuseppe does that with his collections—and I try to do that with my music. So when the idea came up to collaborate, I thought, ‘Yes, this would work.’”
Designer Handbags Under $500
For the past couple of months I’ve been trying to find the perfect travel handbag. The requirements that I have include it being a satchel or cross body, have a zipper and can fit a water bottle (I’ll need to stay hydrated while sight seeing).
The biggest problem is to find something that is affordable and durable, but also chic and goes with everything. I checked out some sites, including Coach, Marc Jacobs and Rebecca Minkoff, to find designer bags with potential – and under $500.
Coach – These four bags range from $247 to $325, with the Prairie Satchel coming in a variety of colors.

Flashback Friday: Variety & WWD’s Stylemakers 2015 [VIDEO]
On November 19, 2015 Variety and WWD teamed up to bring the first ever StyleMakers event. I had the opportunity to interview all the stars and talented artists that formed part of this inaugural celebration, which was definitely one for the books.
Last year the shindig celebrated the fusion of entertainment and fashion as took place at Smashbox Studios in Culver City, Calif. The event honored fashion designer Zac Posen, style influencer Freida Pinto, costume designer Lyn Paolo, stylist Elizabeth Stewart, hairstylist Jen Atkin, makeup artist Lisa Eldridge and photographer Matthew Rolston.

Dior SS17: Maria Grazia Chiuri Debuts Stunning First Collection
September 2016 marked Maria Grazia Chiuri’s debut at Christian Dior. Her first collection was a home run, with a fresh, feminine and magical new look for the house. Hoping to give Dior a more modern look, she told Vogue that the message of the collection is, “that there is not one kind of woman.”
Catering to many, the ex- Valentino designer impressed many around the world with her bold new creations. According to the magazine, for future collections, Chiuri plans to draw inspiration from previous Dior designers. “Monsieur Dior only lives 10 years. It can’t only be about him!” she said. “In some ways, I see myself as a curator of the house.”
Valentino Haute Couture 2016 – Favorite Looks Of The Collection [Photos]
On June 6 Valentino’s Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli presented their last Fall 2016 Haute Couture collection at Paris’s stately Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild. The dynamic duo will no longer be working together now that Chiuri will take over as artistic director of Dior and their late feat was spectacular.

MFW: Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini Fall Winter 2016
There is new designer that I have fallen for and his name is Lorenzo Serafini. The designer oversees the creative direction at Philosophy. He is a Dolce & Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli vet who has not only captured my eye but the industry’s eye as well. Serafini showcased his first Pre-Fall collection in 2014. It featured 70’s and 80’s era looks with modern tailoring and flattering silhouettes. At the Alberta Ferretti’s little sister label he is creating a whole new vintage collection that will make you swoon.

Oscars 2016: Best Dressed of The Night
The 88th annual Academy Awards took place on Sunday, February 28 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. My favorite part of the show is seeing the red carpet get filled with actresses and their amazing dress choices.
Here are my top 8 choices of the night!
